No matter which structure you adopt for your organisation, accounts need to be completed on a yearly basis. The format of those accounts will largely depend upon the size of your business. For example, sole traders don't need as much detail as a limited company, which is regulated by the Companies Act 2006.

Financial Statements

I offer tailor made accounts for every scenario, including profit and loss, balance sheets, partners accounts and more. If your business does not require formal financial statements, a simple income and expenditure account may suffice to produce the information requirements for your tax return.
